It depends on the type of stand that is being requested, you would be better off using our contact form and explaining what your stand is, whether it is catering or trade for a more accurate cost to be given. 

From 2024, the price of admission will be £1 

The New Llandovery Bike Weekend does not provide any overnight facilities, however there area number of local businesses that may have spaces available, depending on the type of accommodation you are looking for.

We are all volunteers in organising this great event.
